If there are several people in your organisation you may wish to have separate email addresses for them. There are two ways to do this:

Email box

An email box is a POP folder which stores email addressed to you. All email to alice@yourdomain.com would go into Alice's box, and Alice would have her own username and password so that she (and only she) could send and receive email from her account. An email box would be required for each person.

The Personal account has one email box, the Professional account has five email boxes, and the Enterprise account has ten email boxes. Additional email boxes may be purchased, at £5UK each, per year. All our accounts may have an unlimited number of email forwarding directives setup.
